On Tuesday bond market experienced a weakening purchases in the morning session although sales occured at the next day termed afternoon session transactions.Interst rates dropped by 16 base points on a daily basis.Euro was more sales pressured vs.YTL in comparison with USD at the forex market.
New benchmark bond of the market, April 14th 2010 maturity bond's average compound interest rate dropped to 20,14 % level at the same day termed transactions and dropped to 19,83 level at the next day termed trading. Trading volume realized at USD 913 mn. level. January 15th, 2030 maturity Turkey Eurobond's sales price realized at USD 146,5 level.
Average overnight interest rate at The ISE Repo Market realized at 16,75 % and trading volume realized at USD 7,98 bn. level. Annual compound funding cost of borrowing from The Central Bank of Turkey is at 18,23 % level.
